ZS999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZS999 online gaming platform, including the website, mobile application and all associated services. Accounts found to be duplicates may be merged, suspended or permanently closed, and associated bonuses will be forfeited.

You must update your account information promptly if any details change. ZS999 is not responsible for any losses arising from outdated account information provided by the player.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZS999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

• ZS999 does not charge fees for standard PKR deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account closure.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that matches the name on your ZS999 account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed when you request a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may experience delays.
• VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing. Diamond tier members are eligible for same-day PKR transfers.
• ZS999 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from active bonus play may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ZS999 — whether on Casino games, Live Casino tables, Sports events including Cricket, PSL and T20 matches, Football or Esports — are subject to the specific rules of each game or market. These rules are available within the relevant game or betting section of the platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed. ZS999 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in cases of a system error or where a clearly erroneous price was offered.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits may vary by game type, market and player account status.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or live betting session, ZS999 will review the affected round and apply a resolution in accordance with the game provider's rules. This may result in a bet being voided and the stake returned.

7. Fair Play Policy

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ZS999 reserves the right to retain any bonus funds and associated winnings.
